讲座人介绍

Dr. Nancy Parachini is the Director of the UCLA Principal Leadership Institute, UCLA Principals’Center and the facilitator for the UCLA Center X K-12 International Partnerships. She specializes in principal preparation and development, teacher leadership, school reform and bilingual education. Dr. Parachini has 25 years of experience as an instructional leader within the Los Angeles Unified School District, serving in many roles including teacher, principal, evaluator, and professional development administrator. She received her doctorate from UCLA in Educational Leadership focusing on college access for underserved Latina youth.

南希.帕拉奇尼博士是UCLA校长领导力研究所所长，校长培训中心主任，基础教育国际合作中心负责人。她的研究领域主要为校长的培养与发展、教师领导力、学校改革和双语教育。作为教学管理的主要负责人，南希.帕拉奇尼博士在美国第二大学区--洛杉矶联合学区有过25年的经验。她先后担任过教师、校长、教育评估专员和教师培训与发展部负责人。她在UCLA获得教育领导力博士学位，一直专注为教育机会不均等的拉丁裔青年增加进入大学学习的机会。
